Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of the merchandise/goods within 28 days from the date of purchase. 

Returned merchandise/goods should be unworn/unused and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item purchased online, we will pay for the standard packaging and delivery costs. Please contact us so that we may assist you.

Please include a copy of your Receipt or Order Number as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 3-5 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. 

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Visacard or Paypal you will receive a refund on your Visacard or Paypal.

If merchandise is received by us after the 7 days return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case the parcel will be returned to the customer.
